· Supervision of the welder qualification facility and qualification of welders and welding operators against project and code requirements.
· Advising construction of welders' qualification range for the works.
· Monitoring and reporting welder performance throughout project duration per specification and code requirements.
· Detect unacceptable trends in welding and performance and initiating corrective action.
· Liaise with Client regarding documentation, QC issues, etc…
· Communicate with Client for Technical clarification regarding. To prepare documentation for procedures to
be followed during the execution of work.
· Ensure that all documents are updateable.
· Preparing PQR and WPS for all the welding activities.
· Development NDT procedure and heat treatment procedure for all project.
· Inspection for piping and equipment supplements fabrication and erection.
· Solving all job problems (technical & document)And Managing for Plant Start-Up and S/D.
· Dealing with Isometrics drawings for different items and draw as built isometrics
